I found this video today, and thought it was really funny. I do scrapbook and I have found that scrapbookers can be some of the most insane people on the planet...enjoy.
Well, not too much new going on in our world the last few days. Joe is out tonight at a work meeting so I'm hanging by myself....booo!
Though there isn't much new going on life seems really crazy right now. We are in the process of job searching out of state and it's very stressful. We don't really have any idea where we want to go we just know that we want to find a teaching job for Joe. He is certified 7-12 grade Social Studies and History. He's applied the last three summers here in MI but teaching jobs are really hard to come by here. He has gotten really discouraged with it which is what's lead us to look out of state. It's exciting to think about packing up and moving, a new adventure and all, but I'm a planner and it's driving me crazy. I just hate the not knowing part. So far we've applied in CO, TN, IN, NC, and NY. I think both of us would really like to be in the Indianapolis area but we are up for anything, so if you hear of an opening let me know!
One pretty major piece of good news is that after 11 years I will finally be graduating in August! I just registered for my last class today! This is all IF I can make it through this semester and then the 24 credits I have to take this summer! I'm having a really hard time being motivated as the semester ends. I am taking my advanced graphic design class this semester and the only thing we do in there is put together our portfolio, and I'm having such a hard time. I feel like I'm cramming an entire semester of work into 2 weeks! That's kinda the way I work though.
If you've got some time on your hands and want to read an interesting story check this out. It's a pretty amazing story that I've been following about a young couple who has been dealing with cystic fibrosis, a very premature baby, and a double lung transplant all at the same time. They are pretty amazing.

So, for our spring break we decided to take a trip to New Brunswick, NJ. It seems rather random but that's where my best friend and her family live so we stayed with them for a few days and then went into the city for a few days. We had a lot of fun, and packed way to much into 3 days. We were exhausted when we got home!
I'm not sure why, but I'm kind of nervous writing this...silly I know. Lots of my friends have blogs and I just figured it was time to share with the world what the Evendens are up to these days....stat tuned.
